Continuous monitoring of your critical systems is accomplished by our best practices methodology to maintain the security of your business. Your data is not compromised and remains at your site. All Meta Data, the data used for reporting purposes, remains at your site.

Components, i.e. fans, power supplies, CPU’s, memory, drives, and temperature are set to specific thresholds and produce  and send a snmp ( simple network message protocol) trap when the threshold is met. The process is continuous 24 hour a day 365 days a year.

When a threshold is occurs, the snmp trap is handled by Delta Computer Group’s SA Program™, which continually monitors the status of an incident, providing automatic escalation to the right person, at appropriate time intervals, which ensures the best possible outcome for minimum down time of your organization.

The Delta Computer Group’s SA Program™ incorporates a custom SLA (Service Level Agreement), which is developed from the information gathered at the time of the discovery process, and then incorporated into your organization overall service contract.

Reporting is real time and customized to your requirements. The reports are available on the web, by a secure login portal, on demand.
